Ninja Classes for Kids in the Portland Metro Area?
Our Ninja Program delivers fast-paced, high-energy classes for kids who love movement, challenge, and FUN. Designed to keep bodies moving and minds engaged, Ninja classes combine climbing progressions, bar work, jumping skills, balance challenges, obstacle courses, and inversions—all in a safe, structured, and exciting environment.
Each class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and motor planning while encouraging confidence, problem-solving, and perseverance. Kids are challenged at their own level and celebrated for progress every step of the way.
Ninja is ideal for children ages
4–14 who thrive on physical play, enjoy agility challenges, or simply love being active with friends in a supportive, high-energy setting.
Dynamic Ninja is a thrilling new sport geared towards ages 4-14 and is fused by elements of:

- Martial Arts
- Obstacle Course Training
- Freestyle Movement
The Achieve Sleeve™
Every Ninja uniform includes an Achieve Sleeve™, where kids earn peel-and-stick, permanent badges in every class by conquering challenges at each station. These badges turn progress into something kids can see, collect, and proudly wear.
Each badge celebrates more than just physical skills—it recognizes growth, creative problem-solving, leadership, kindness, perseverance, and so much more.
Just like in martial arts, sleeve color represents a Ninja’s level, making progress easy to understand and exciting to achieve. Our badge system helps athletes learn skill requirements, track their accomplishments, and stay motivated as they level up.
